The Place – History
An ancient residence from 1930, one of the few survivors of the World War II bombings, is now reknown as an historically significant building in Ostia.
Historically part of the “Lungomare dei 100 Villini” – “Seafront Promenade of the 100 Villas” (one of the few Villas still intact), it has undergone a careful restoration, making it a residence of great historical value, complete with an exclusive panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and Ostia free beach.
The Red House (“La Casa Rossa”) features two terraces: one on the first floor, offering a sea view and adjacent to the living room and kitchen, and a panoramic one on the second floor, equipped with all the necessary comforts for dining with a sea-front view.
